An Update on My Journey With Someday Ventures

For more than a decade, I had the privilege of leading some of the world’s biggest food and beverage brands at PepsiCo. I learned how hard it is to win at retail, how fast the world of consumers is changing, and how much grit it takes to scale ideas into sustainable businesses. Those lessons shaped me and ultimately, they pushed me toward a new path.

I started Someday Ventures because I didn’t want my “someday” to remain just an aspirational point in the future. I wanted it to be something I live every day. And just as importantly, I wanted to contribute to founders who have already made the bold decision to turn their own vision into reality.

Over the past year, Someday Ventures has quietly taken shape. I’ve partnered with incredible brands like Hot Mama Salsa, Kyra’s Bake Shop, and Artie Bars, helping founders refine their strategy, sharpen their operations, and get ready for bigger opportunities. These experiences confirmed something I couldn’t ignore: this is the work I’m meant to be doing.

That’s why I wanted to share an update: I’ve stepped fully into running Someday Ventures.

This is not just a career move. It is a commitment. A commitment to doing purpose driven work. A commitment to supporting founders I truly believe in. A commitment to using everything I’ve learned about building, scaling, and leading businesses to make an impact where it matters most.

Retail and consumer brands are at an important inflection point. Institutional brands are being forced to reinvent themselves to continue resonating with consumers. At the same time, retailers are actively searching for brands that people are passionate about while rethinking their go to market strategies to reach shoppers in new ways.

This is where the opportunity lies and where Someday Ventures currently exists. My focus right now is to find brands that I believe in, that ultimately we can invest in to help them have a real chance to reach the next phase in their journey.
